"Taking New York", a New Comedy About Five Young Brit's Living in the City

U.K.'s Channel 4 has created a new show called Taking New York about 5 twenty-somethings living in the City.

The gorgeous, ballsy and super ambitious bunch include Art Gallery Curator Amy and her sassy graduate twin Megan; Essex high-flying model Jamie and his equally successful lad-pad flat-mates (and fellow models) Ben and Danny; Events Planner and social climber Sophie and her foxy and super honest best friend Georgina; We’ll also meet Sumner, an established model carving out a career in NYC, West-End actor James, and nightclub manager Matt amongst other young ambitious Brits, all trying to make it big in New York.

The British know a thing or two about comedy — successful British comedy shows have been the inspiration for countless American counterparts — so I am actually pretty excited to see this "programme" from across the pond. Viewers in the U.S. can catch the show online on Channel 4 On Demand.
