Take a Photo Tour of Brooklyn's Most Expensive Apartment Building

According to a recent report by MNS real estate brokerage, the most expensive apartments in BK can be found in Dumbo at 60 Water Street, where a studio apartment rents for $3,000 a month.

60 Water Street sits in one of the best locations in the Dumbo neighborhood of Brooklyn — only 85 feet from the historic Brooklyn Bridge. […] In the building, 452-square-foot studios start at $2,964, 621-square-foot one-bedrooms start at $3,498, and 963-square-foot two-bedrooms start at $6,018. Amenities like large terraces and city views can cause the rent to shoot up dramatically.

Business Insider recently rounded up a ton of photos from real estate listings so you can take a virtual tour through the building.

Though the views are different in each unit, the fact that the 60 Water is a mere 85 feet from the Brooklyn Bridge is definitely a plus.

Gaze upon 60 Water Street, the most expensive rental building in Brooklyn. Its glassy exterior separates it from Dumbo's typical post-industrial architectural style.

This is what a one-bedroom apartment in the building looks like.

The amenities are just as nice as you'd expect. Top-of-the-line Bosch appliances fill the space.

There's even an in-unit washer and dryer — the pinnacle of New York City apartment living.

There are floor-to-ceiling windows in every room, opening up the relatively small units and giving them an airy feel.

A one-bedroom unit like this might start at $3,498 a month, but monthly rent could go much higher depending on the view.

On top of the building is a fully landscaped, 6,000-square-foot roof deck.

It was created by the designer of New York's famous High Line Park, James Corner Field Operations, and uses many of the same design elements, including its indigenous plant species and reclining wooden furniture.

It also makes the best of its incredible views.

The building also counts a gym among its amenities. Use of both the gym and rooftop will cost residents about $600 a year.
