Superfast Man Races On Foot Against a Subway Train and Wins

YouTube channel Epic Challenges creates some amazing videos of runners who are challenged to beat mass transit in a man-vs-machine foot race. To help launch their new line of Ultra Boost shoes, Adidas recently challenged the team to race the Subway from Bowling Green Station to Wall Street Station.

On the 4 train, 1 station, 85 seconds to beat the train, 410m on foot, 2 turnstiles, 2 flights of stairs

While Adidas would have you believe it was the shoes that did all the hard work, it probably has more to do with the runner, James Heptonstall, being a professional athlete for an English rugby team.
