Instagramer puckworks noted this public service announcement at the 33rd St Station on the
Downtown 6 train in Murray Hill. It looks like it could be an underground Hobbit promo, but it may
just be a rogue prankster having a bit of fun. Whatever the source, hopefully it brightens up your commute if you spot it.
