UP is a special chef's table on the second floor of Dominique Ansel Kitchen in the West Village where lucky patrons get a chance to try some amazing plated desserts off an extensive tasting menu.
Dominique Ansel may be best known for his pastries, but with the launch of UP - his 8 seat dessert tasting menu - he is once again showcasing his plated desserts. We got a sneak peak at the very first dish he will be serving, titled 'First Word'.
