New York Silver: Then and Now is an interesting exhibit at the Museum of the City of New York that is "a dialogue in silver between past and present." Showcasing hand-crafted silver sculptures and pieces from artists over the past few centuries, the exhibit allows you to see side-by-side how the work of silversmiths has changed over the years.

"New York Silver Then and Now" is not just your grandmother's silver. It's an artistic dialogue taking place between treasures of centuries past and cutting-edge contemporary artists. Take a look behind the scenes as designer Benjamin Aranda talks about the inspiration behind "Silver Light" in this video in a series of one-on-one conversations with artists featured in the exhibition.
