Scout's an adorable dog who's so popular in his NYC neighborhood, Murray Hill, that cops run up to pet him and he gets his mom into all the coolest restaurants. She's lived in the city for more than 30 years, and life got SO much more fun when Scout came along. Every morning they go to their favorite coffee shop just so he can get cookies.
