These Two Heroes Rescued a Runaway Dog After a Terrifying High-Speed Chase Through Manhattan

Recently on the Upper East Side, these two cyclists-turned-heroes successfully rescued a runaway dog sprinting through the busy streets of Manhattan. At one point, the dog runs for about a 1/4 mile down the FDR, and the bikers risk their lives for the rescue. Luckily, one of the bikers had a ride-camera turned on and captured the thrilling rescue on video, check it out!

Two concerned cyclists chased down a runaway dog on the Upper East Side. “Grab the dog!” Ricky Bernstein yelled as he biked through the streets of New York and onto the FDR Drive.
