Peek Inside Land of Buddha, a Buddhist-Centric Spiritual Store in Greenwich Village

Land of Buddha is an interesting store in Greenwich Village on MacDougal Street that specializes in antiques, silver and gold jewelry, natural stones, hand-crafted beads, Tibetan carpets, books, and other media relating to Buddhism and spirituality. In this short video from Jennifer Doherty and Wufei Yu for NY City Lens, take a peek inside the store and hear from owner Dawa Sherpa.

From the foothills of the Himalayas to the skyscrapers of the city, Dawa Sherpa carries his Buddhist principles with him wherever he goes. On Friday, the owner of the Land of Buddha boutique spoke to NYCityLens about immigrating, business, and finding inner peace in New York.
