Here is a new mockup for a mixed-use building that will be built in the coming years over on 7 W. 29th Street, in the heart of NoMad. The building has an aggressive style designed by Mexican firm Fernando Romero EnterprisE. The design looks like an exclamation point to some, a cheese-grater to others, but whatever it's future nickname will be, the design sure is bold.
