New York Festival Orchestra Launches Kickstarter for Inaugural Concert

The New York Festival Orchestra describes themselves as a new orchestral group which

shall focus on "CROSS CULTURAL EXCHANGE" opportunities to celebrate the "GOODWILL" among versatile nationalities in New York City area which is often called "a melting pot".

On December 26th, 2014, the Orchestra played a debut showing at Carnegie Hall to rave reviews. Now, the group seeks to launch a full season of concerts starting with this inaugural one on March 5th, 2015, but they need you help to get off the ground.

We have so far successfully secured generous private and corporate donations to rent a venue to plan our inaugural concert of 2015 season. However, we are seeking to find the remaining portion of a minimum of $15,000 via generous contributions from Kickstarter backers like you, ticket sales and advertisements in the program booklet to cover the fund needed.

They are about 1/2 way to their $8,500 goal with just 9 days to go. If you are interested in backing the group for tickets, name recognition, charity or other rewards, check out the Kickstarter page.
