Karl Zartler has seen it all during his time at Peter Luger Steakhouse, yet he still arrives every day like it's his first on the job. The Austrian immigrant has made Peter Luger his home away from home since coming to New York City in 1972 and with the fun he's having, there's no plan to retire anytime soon.
