Smorgasburg is a weekly foodie market happening at the Brooklyn Flea every Saturday. One of the more popular vendors at the market is Dan and John's Wings, who serve authentic Buffalo style chicken wings. Both Dan and John are Buffalo-Brooklyn transplants, so they started up the business when they couldn't find a decent authentic wing anywhere around town.
