Yesterday, March 15th, was National Egg Cream Day in the U.S., and to celebrate properly, artisan candy maker Gregory Cohen came here to New York City to talk about the local origins of the Egg Cream fountain soda.
Greg travels to NYC to show the history of the NY Egg Cream where it was invented. He also covers how to make a good chocolate syrup, and how to use that syrup to make a great egg cream.
