Landlord Watchlist
Public Advocate Letitia James and her Landlord Watchlist have released their annual worst-of-the-worst New York City landlord list for 2016.
This year's top spot and (dis)honor goes to Harry D. Silverstein, owner of 8 buildings that gathered 2032 Housing Department violations and 50 Buildings Department complaints.
Last year's worst landlord Ved Parkash has cleaned up his act a little, slipping to #4 on the list.
