The Margaret Mead Film Festival is an annual event which “celebrates the groundbreaking spirit of legendary Museum anthropologist Margaret Mead.”

With the theme “Re:Frame,” the 2016 Margaret Mead Film Festival invites viewers to probe their own perspectives and to celebrate stories and art forms that offer us opportunities to see the world anew. As always, the Mead will feature intimate conversations with filmmakers and film subjects, as well as the presentation of the annual Margaret Mead Filmmaker Award.

The 2016 film festival takes place this October 13th through 16th, with tickets starting at $12.
