Food Network Goes Into Doughnut Plant's Kitchen for a Behind the Scenes Look

Food Network host Adam Gertler recently visited Doughnut Plant to see what the fuss was all about. Adam steps into the kitchen with Mark Israel, head baker and owner, to talk about square doughnuts and the baker’s favorite creation.

Of all the doughnuts I’ve made so far, the crème brûlée is my favorite.
