Local filmmaker Tim Kellner has been featured a few times on Viewing NYC. From exploring midtown rooftops to touring an empty Metropolitan Museum, Kellner always creates amazing videos with great soundtracks, and this is no exception.
On a particularly stormy day in New York I decided instead of staying warm and dry inside I would venture out and see what the city was like in the middle of a storm. I found an empty, peaceful moody city.
