We've covered Chelsea's sushi handroll haven Uma Temakeria in the past, but now they are back, taking the next logical step-up to their already-efficient sushi-to-mouth delivery system, the sushi burrito.
The classic Sushi Burrito will be made with fresh salmon, tuna, spicy tobanjan mayo, julienned carrots, cucumbers and seasoned sushi rice, with a sprinkle of sesame seeds and tempura crunchies on top, all wrapped in a sheet of crisp nori.
In this video, editor Melissa Kravitz got a sneak peek and taste test of the fish-filled burrito a few days before the official launch on June 18th.
