German-born, New York based photographer Thomas Hoepker has taken photos of the City for over 4 decades.
After moving to New York in 1976, Hoepker worked as a photographer and correspondent at various City newspapers and publications, capturing street life and other cultural events all over the City. He became a member of Magnum Photos in 1989 and served as Magnum President from 2003 to 2006.
