Check Out This Whole Chicken, Stuffed, Fried and Served Whole at Ms. Yoo on Lower East Side

Ms. Yoo is an American-Korean gastropup in a small space on the Lower East Side that serves up traditional American bar-type food re-imagined with authentic Korean favors, ingredients and techniques inspired by the head chef's Korean grandmother. Check it out in this video from Eater's K-Town series with host Matthew Kang.

On this episode of K-Town, Matthew Kang heads to Ms. Yoo for a regal fried whole chicken, stuffed with glutinous rice. The recipe for this came from head chef and owner Esther Choi's grandmother, who would make a turkey version for thanksgiving.
