Boogie Down at the Bronx Zoo This Weekend and in May

Boogie Down is a unique concert, dance, and art event that is celebrating Bronx culture this weekend, and weekends May 5th through June 3rd. There are special appearances by musicians Grandmaster Melle Mel, The Sugarhill Gang, Grandmaster Caz, street artists Tats Cru, Andre Trenier, Crash, and many more musicians, dancers, and artists.

For over 120 years, the Bronx has been the birthplace of genre changing movements. From street art to hip hop, breakdancing to salsa. And of course, the home base for WCS conservation and wildlife at the Bronx Zoo.

Tickets to Boogie Down are complimentary with the purchase of a standard admission ticket.
