Mofon•GO is a food truck in Brooklyn serving authentic, handmade Puerto Rican cuisine. As one of the 10 new food trucks accepted into Smorgasburg, Manolo López and his team of friends have been selling out his truck at nearly every event.
When 26 year-old Manolo López decided to fill a gap in the NYC food truck scene by serving traditional street food from his hometown in Puerto Rico, he recruited his close friends to help in the effort. This is the story of a small food vendor on the rise.
