Today's high temperature won't crack the 20's in the City, and it is on par to be the coldest day of the year thus far, compounded with a wind chill that puts that double-digit temperature down near zero. As such, the New York Harbor has partially frozen over much more than usual, resulting in large beautiful patches of ice floating near Battery Park. Stay warm out there New York.
