Photographer John Vachon captured some fantastic of New York City during his time here. Most of his photographs of the City are older and in black and white, but some seek to change that. Artist aviakatz in the Painted Back blog has colorized a few of these shots using existing colored photos and films from the era to add accurate color details to the black and white shots.
