German student filmmaker Lennart Hüper recently created this great short video of his time in the City. It's not your typical I Love NY love letter video, but a collection of short shots assembled in an intersting way.
"31 Seconds in" is a format trying to capture the vibe of cities and places in 31 one-second impressions.
