The Plaza Hotel in Midtown Manhattan is one of the most iconic, well recognized hotels in the World. It's landmarked lobby makes renovation tough, but that didn't dissuade Iron Chef Geoffrey Zakarian from revamping the menu and ambiance of the famous Palm Court. Zagat recently sat down with the master chef to talk about how he improved upon the space and designed a new menu.
