[WATCH] Walking Little Island: The $260 Million Floating Oasis Park in the Hudson River

Local pro photographers James and Karla Murray have a YouTube series in which they explore neighborhoods around New York City from their unique perspective. In this recent episode, watch as they give you a tour of New York City's newest park: Little Island at Pier 55 on the Hudson River.

In our Walking Little Island NYC (ASMR no talk) The $260 Million Floating Oasis in the Hudson River, we explore New York City's new offshore public park on Opening Day, May 21, 2021. Little Island is designed to resemble a leaf, floating on water with an undulating area of tulip-shaped concrete pots holding the soil, overlooks and trees, which sit on concrete columns pile-driven down into the water.
