Gramercy Park is the only private park in Manhattan, and one of two private parks in all of New York City (the other is in Queens). Only the residents who live in the VERY expensive surrounding border streets are allowed to have a key, and only those with a key can gain access into the park. In this short clip from a recent episode of Comedy Central's Broad City, watch as Abbi and Ilana try to get access into the park, but are thwarted by a "Gramercy Park Douchebag."
