It's a good time to be a hockey fan in New York. The New York Rangers (36-16-6) are currently in 2nd place of the NHL's Metropolitan Division, just two points behind our other New York team, local rivals The Islanders. Somehow, both teams keep coming up with win after win. Not all of them are easy though, and in this near tie to the Columbus Blue Jackets, it took a down-to-the-wire shootout to get the 3 points.
