In New York City, non-service-dogs are not allowed on the trains or platforms unless they are in a carrier or bag of some sort. Sometimes, New Yorkers get creative when they need to take their large pups on a journey. Redditor JF_112 recently uploaded this GIF showing a child's stroller with a smooshed doggy face hanging out of the top, following all the rules.
