During the COVID-19 pandemic, there's been a rise in hate crimes against Asian Americans, but the experiences and challenges of Asian Americans often go unnoticed. So I spoke with a few East Asian Americans to hear about what it's been like for them during the pandemic. However, I want to emphasize that the COVID-related anti-Asianness is not specific to East Asians as other Asian Americans have also been impacted as well.
