Vintage Photographs of Major New York City Snowstorms

We are currently in the middle of a blizzard that is dropping more than a foot of snow on the City. Perhaps you are bundled up under a blanket, peering out the window and seeing the world covered in a thick white blanket.

To help you cope, and to let you know that thinks will turn out ok, our friends over at Stuff Nobody Cares About compiled this great collection of vintage photographs showing major NYC snowstorms from a century ago.

They got through it then, we will get through it now. Stay warm.
