[VIDEO] This Architect is Tasked With Redesigning Williamsburg's Old Domino Sugar Refinery

Brooklyn's Domino Sugar Refinery was built in 1882 on the Williamsburg waterfront. In 2004, after operating for 148 years, the last bag of sugar was refined and the doors shuttered. New York Based developers Two Trees have torn down most of the old factory to make way for a billion-dollar mega-project, and this architect is in charge of the operation.

Architect Vishaan Chakrabarti takes us through the redesign of the former Domino Sugar Refinery building located in Williamsburg, BK.
