Local transit historian and railfan Dj Hammers makes tons of great videos showing how subway transit works and runs in the City. In this recent upload to YouTube, Dj Hammers shows a trip on the 7 Express Train from Flushing, Queens all the way to Hudson Yards, Manhattan from the train operator's front window perspective.
Very soon, the remaining R62As on the 7 line will be moved over to other lines. I took the opportunity to get footage from the passenger-accessible front window, which provides some amazing views. Enjoy!
