Flipper's is the OG soufflé pancake in Japan, boasting a cult following throughout Asia. It's finally made the move to the States, opening its first US outpost in Manhattan. With a pancake that takes 10 times as long to make as it does to eat, the line of customers waiting to try this delicacy stretches out the door.
