These finger licking wings are brined, hickory smoked and quickly fried to crispy perfection and then covered in Blue Smoke's house made Alabama White Sauce. Executive Chef Jean-Paul Bourgeois has created a smoking hot menu of tasty meats and sides like 5 Pepper Beef Brisket, Baby Back Ribs and of course no meal is complete without creamy mac and cheese.
