Blockfeed is a useful App which uses your exact location in the city to show you news, cultural and other local stories that are happening near you.
Blockfeed geolocates hundreds of news stories a day in NYC. This allows us to generate a custom news stream that changes depending on where you are in the city. For the first time, local news is truly local.
When the company first launched a few months ago it was only available on iPhone, but is now available for all Android phones as well.
At Viewing NYC, we use Blockfeed as one of our daily sources to keep us abreast of everything going on in the City. You should too.
