Three City Commuters Explain How and Why They Still Bike in the Winter

Transportation Alternatives is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization based in New York City that describes themselves as "your advocate for bicycling, walking and public transit." The group recently released this mini-doc that features three winter bike riders commuting, and uncovers how and why they choose the bicycle to get around the City throughout the frigid winter.
