92Y is a cultural and community center (not affiliated with the YMCA) on the Upper East Side known for its fireside chats with distinguished authors, actors, musicians, journalists and politicians.
Once a year, the 92Y holds a street festival on the Upper East Side that takes over 15 blocks of Lexington Ave with amazing music, art, food and shopping.
92Y’s Street Fest is a free, public outdoor festival with performances and activities for adults and children of all ages. Last year, Street Fest had over 225,000 people in attendance and this year promises to be even better.
The 2016 92Y Street Fest is this Sunday, September 18th from Noon to 5pm, and takes place on Lexington Ave between 79th and 94th Streets.
