J's on the Bay is a diner in Shore Acres, Staten Island that offers some pretty insane and over-the-top menu items, like this The Blazin' Buffalo Mac Burger, a burger that uses crispy, deep-fried mac and cheese for the buns. It's loaded with gooey buffalo cheddar goodness, served up with a side of loaded tater tots. BTW: The burger's "buns" are actually fried mac and cheese, topped with bacon, an 8-ounce burger patty with four slices of buffalo cheddar cheese, and onion rings.
