Could You Complete the Mac and Cheese Burger Challenge at The Ainsworth in Gramercy?

The Ainsworth is a giant sports bar in Gramercy that offers a pretty unique eating competition: The Mac and Cheese Burger Challenge. For the challenge, a participant must finish 3 full Mac and Cheese Burgers, a side of fries and a pickle, all within 45 minutes to get the $60 meal for free, a t-shirt, and $500.

In this video from competitive eater Randy Santel, watch as he sets a new record in the challenge, finishing in 8 minutes.

There are three different mac and cheese burgers stacked on top of each other which all taste very delicious!! At least one of the burgers has fried macaroni and cheese on it, and the towering burger is loaded with their creamy mac and cheese which spills over on to the platter it's served on. The challenge also includes fries and a pickle. Challengers have 45 minutes to finish. Beginning "eaters" with very little experience who complete the challenge will win the meal free, a t-shirt, and $500 cash!! People deemed "professionals" though are not eligible for the cash prize but they will get the meal free and a t-shirt. There are multiple locations around the NYC area and you must contact them in advance to schedule your challenge. They'll research you to see if you've won any challenges before, and decide whether you're eligible for the $500.
