Flip is a new website and iPhone App which lets you work directly with other renters to help you buy or sell the remaining time on your lease.
Users of the app are prequalified after a collection of details like proof of credit, income, rental history, and education. If you are leaving, leaseholders set a one-time price for their lease and post it for sale. If you are looking for a lease, pre-qualified renters buy a lease and stay for the remaining months or longer.
