The New York Botanical Garden's 2015 Orchid Show Starts Tomorrow

Since opening in 1891, the New York Botanical Garden (NYBG) has evolved into one of the World's largest collections of living plants in an
urban setting. The 250-acre site boasts over 1 million live specimens from around the globe, with just as many yearly visitors from around the globe as well. Every year in late Winter / early Spring the NYBG hosts an Orchid Show which showcases incredible specimens of the flowering plant presented like chandeliers overhead.

This year's show is running from February 28th through April 19th with tickets including access to the rest of the garden starting at $20 for adults, children under 12 for free.
