The Most Popular Viewing NYC Posts of 2014

With just under 2 months since the Launch of Viewing NYC, we have already amassed a ton of readers. Thank You! We thought it would be fun to calculate some stats for you, as well as share the most popular posts we have published to date.

There have been a total of 448 posts written over 56 days, resulting in an average of exactly 8 posts per day. 298 of those posts have been videos, 135 have been photos, 10 have been maps, 2 have been audio, and 3 posts have been site news like this one.

The most popular post (by far) has been I'm From Long Island... You Dirty Old Biatch, thanks to a viral spread on Facebook by people living on Long Island.

The two next most popular posts were sushi related: The Two Chefs Behind the 4-Star New York Times Rated Sushi Nakazawa, and Chef Morimoto Created a Christmas Sushi Cake.

My favorite cake for the holidays is #SUSHI cake! Wishing everyone Merry #Christmas and #HappyHolidays to all!

The next most popular after the sushi posts was Jimmy Fallon Highlights the Pros/Cons of SantaCon.

And, showing a bit of your artsier side, the fifth most popular post in Viewing NYC's short history was Classical Musicians Performing in the Subway With Ballet Dancers Joining In.

It has been a great start for us at Viewing NYC. We would like to thank you for checking out our curated list of all-things-interesting in New York City, and wish you a happy and safe New Years. Cheers!
