The New Deal was a comprehensive series of governmental spending spearheaded by president Franklin D. Roosevelt in order to help us recover from the great depression. Now over 80 years later, The Living New Deal is a cool interactive map showing you the extent of the program's reach here in New York City. Each red dot is a project that received some funding from the program in the 1930s in some way or another. Check out the full site to see how the New Deal has impacted you!
