Sara Rodich was walking around Midtown near 49th St. and 6th Ave (Google Streetview)
when she spotted this nightmare-inducing scene. Sara told the Gothamist:
The owner was nowhere to be found! The pigeons were eating on the cart for a solid 10 minutes. There were two pigeons, one was standing on the grill eating the food and the other was just perched on the side.
In case you didn't notice, there are actually 2 birds in that photo — one on the edge, and another sitting directly on the grill surface. You always wondered what was in that white sauce...
