Team Inkredibles Take Their Urban Gymnastic Talents out to Astoria, Queens

Team Inkredibles is a group from Astoria that uses city playgrounds and the gym equipment in public parks -- often just metal bars -- to teach fitness and calisthenics to anybody willing to give it a shot.

Some of the training sessions are basic, but the advanced classes can help you do some of the amazing stuff in the video above, assuming you can already convert a pull-up into a hand-stand into a back-flip.

In this latest video from the group, watch as Team Inkredibles heads under the Queensboro Bridge, back to where it all started in Astoria Park.
