Redditor BookerDeWittsCarbine recently snapped and uploaded this shot of a man who brought his pet peacock onto the New York City subway. As a reminder, only service animals are allowed on the subway outside of a crate or container. I guess it's possible that this is a service peacock, but if so, I don't see it wearing a vest!
