Staten Island Ferry Lower-Level Boarding Opened for First Time in 13 Years in St. George

After being closed for the past 13 years due to security concerns following 9/11, the lower-level entrance at the St. George Staten Island Ferry Terminal has reopened today. Learn all about it in this short video from CBS New York.
